Resilient Hearts is a social services organization dedicated to empowering young adults with developmental disabilities. Through our innovative programs, we focus on building independence, self-advocacy, and community inclusion. 

Our new Entrepreneur Abilities Pilot Program is designed to support individuals with disabilities who are interested in exploring entrepreneurship and self-employment as a pathway to independence and meaningful participation in the community.

Role Overview 
We are seeking a passionate and organized Volunteer Project Lead to help guide the successful launch and delivery of the Entrepreneur Abilities Pilot Program. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact by helping shape a program that fosters inclusion, skill-building, and economic empowerment for adults with developmental disabilities. 

Key Responsibilities 
Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of the pilot program activities. 
Collaborate with Resilient Hearts staff, volunteers, and community partners to support program milestones. 
Ensure timelines, deliverables, and goals are met. 
Track progress and provide updates to the leadership team. 
Support participant engagement and create a welcoming, empowering environment. 
Identify areas for improvement and contribute feedback for scaling the program beyond the pilot phase.
