Kind Shopper (Volunteer)

My Neighbour’s Keeper is a faith-based nonprofit, our work rooted in the belief that no one should walk through life’s challenges alone. We offer holistic emotional, mental,  and practical support to seniors and other individuals navigating isolation or loneliness, caregiving stress, illness, grief, disability, trauma, poverty, or reintegration into society.
We’re in need of compassionate individuals who will function at the heart of our mission to restore dignity and promote community resilience.

Do you love to shop? As a Kind Shopper you’ll pick up groceries, medications, or personal items for vulnerable clients using their shopping list. You may also accompany the client to shop when they need shopping companion.

Payment or reimbursement will be agreed before service is rendered.

You’ll Need:
A reliable vehicle and willingness to drive locally
Good communication skills (to confirm orders)
Ability to safely handle and deliver items
Police and vulnerable sector check.
