Referral Team - SEASONAL/REMOTE

We’re looking for organized and detail-oriented volunteers to join our Referral Team! You’ll help ensure that incoming referrals are processed smoothly and that referrers and clients receive timely support. Your work will play a key role in connecting individuals and families to the services they need by calling each referral family and ensuring accuracy and details of their application.

What You’ll Do:
- Process incoming referrals from professional referrers.
- Review referrals for completeness, accuracy, and basic eligibility.
- Call each referred client to ensure accuracy of their information. (Using an app phone line so your personal number is never shared)
- Respond to referral-related queries from team mailboxes.

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable using email and web-based platforms (training provided).
- Comfortable speaking over the phone
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
- Preferred availability of at least 4 hours per week—more is always welcome!

- This is a fully remote volunteer position. Work from the comfort of your home! Just make sure you have your own computer or laptop to stay connected.
- Work can be done at any time throughout the week, whenever fits your schedule.
