Administration - Team Lead - SEASONAL/REMOTE

As the Admin Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for monitoring communication channels, organizing email inquiries, supporting other admin volunteers, and helping keep things running efficiently. You’ll start with light duties in September (during training), with increased responsibilities between late October and late December, our busiest period. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor the info and referrals inboxes: review and respond to email and voicemail inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Flag or escalate inquiries to the Secretary when needed - Organize and maintain tidy inboxes, sorting emails into appropriate folders - Support and lead a small team of admin volunteers - Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and be a point of contact for admin-related questions What We’re Looking For: - Strong communication and organizational skills - Comfortable managing emails, voicemails, and basic digital admin systems - Able to take initiative and work independently - Leadership experience or interest in mentoring a small volunteer team - Available for increasing hours in November and December (~4–6 hours/week minimum, depending on team size) - Work from the comfort of your home! Just make sure you have your own computer or laptop to stay connected.
