Admin Team - Call Support - SEASONAL/REMOTE

We are seeking friendly and reliable volunteers to assist with answering incoming phone calls using our online platform. Your help will reduce voicemail volume and ensure callers—whether they’re referrers, families, or others—receive a timely, welcoming response.
Since we are a seasonal organization, the most call volume is from October 1st-December 24th.

What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming calls via our online phone system.
- Use our provided FAQ document to respond to common questions.
- If you don’t know the answer, simply log the call and collect the caller's information—we’ll take it from there!
- Record basic details about each call in a simple tracking log.
- This role is fully remote and flexible—you can help from anywhere, at times that suit you.

Work from the comfort of your home! Just make sure you have your own computer or laptop to stay connected.
