Volunteer Menu Planners

Menu planner volunteers help select the seasonal flavors and pairings that make each gathering memorable. Working closely with our food sourcing team and local farms, you’ll translate what’s fresh and available into simple café-style menus and coffee pairings. 

This role is a great fit for someone who has an eye for seasonal trends, and wants hands-on experience and showcasing local harvests in ways that bring people together.
Why should you volunteer for this opportunity?
As a menu planner volunteer, you’ll gain practical experience in seasonal menu design, learning how to build offerings around what local farms and producers provide. 

You’ll also practice collaboration and communication, working with food sourcing volunteers, baristas, and event staff to ensure the menu flows seamlessly. 

Along the way, you’ll learn about local agriculture, fair trade products, and sustainable food systems.
