Events Volunteer
Come volunteer for our Bhajan-Mandli Garba Mahotsav on August 22, 2026 and celebrate cultural traditions through music, dance, and community! We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help bring this event to life. From greeting guests and helping with setup and teardown, to supporting our multimedia team with photos and videos, to helping coordinate the flow of the evening, there is a role for volunteers of all interests and skill levels. This is a high energy, joyful event, and we want our volunteer team to feel just as much a part of the celebration as everyone else in the room. Specific roles will be assigned closer to the event date. There will be morning, afternoon and evening/night shifts. Why should you volunteer for this opportunity?
Volunteers will get an inside look at live event production for a large scale cultural celebration, gain experience in event coordination and be part of a joyful, community centered night celebrating The Divine. Personalized references will be provided, along with public recognition through multimedia marketing, and professional references. Lunch and light refreshments as well as company t-shirts will also be provided on the day of the event.
