Director - Calgary

we’re hiring: director of the calgary chapter ✨

GARAM GLAM is growing, and we’re looking for someone driven, organized, and passionate about warmth equity and beauty for good to lead our calgary chapter, working directly under the founder.

as director, you will:

– work closely with the founder to implement vision, strategy, and expansion in calgary
– lead and oversee all calgary chapter operations
– recruit, hire, and mentor a team of university executives and volunteers
– plan and execute workshops, school presentations, and fundraising events
– build relationships with schools, community organizations, and sponsors
– manage timelines, delegate tasks, and ensure accountability across the team
– represent garam glam calgary at events and in the community
– contribute ideas to grow our reach and deepen our impact

this role is for someone who leads with initiative, communicates with intention, and wants to build something meaningful.
