Casino Volunteers Needed
The Confluence is recruiting Casino Volunteers to support our upcoming AGLC Fundraising Casino on May 25-26, 2026. Casino volunteering is one of our most impactful fundraising opportunities, directly supporting our programs, operations, and community work. Casino Volunteers work alongside casino staff to help ensure the event runs smoothly and in compliance with AGLC requirements. No prior casino experience is needed – role assignments are provided in advance, and training is conducted on shift. Department: Fund Development Shifts: May 25-26, daytime, evening and overnight. WHAT YOU’LL DO Casino Volunteers may be assigned to roles such as: • chip runner • banker • count room support • general casino floor support All roles are assigned by staff and follow AGLC guidelines. A more detailed breakdown of the roles is available after logging into Better Impact. WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR • Volunteers who are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable following procedures. • Those able to commit to a scheduled shift on May 25 or 26, 2026. • Volunteers interested in supporting behind-the-scenes fundraising efforts. • Individuals comfortable working in a structured, regulated environment.
