About Enral Education

Enral Education is a Canadian nonprofit dedicated to supporting children’s emotional development, cultural identity, and sense of belonging. Our programs are designed for children ages 3–8 from immigrant and multicultural families, with an initial focus on Muslim immigrant and second-generation families in urban Canada.

Through Montessori-inspired learning, storytelling, creative expression, practical life activities, and social-emotional development, Enral Education helps children build confidence, cultural connection, and a strong sense of identity in a supportive learning environment.

As we grow our weekend, after-school, and summer programs, we are seeking committed volunteer Board Members to help guide the organization’s governance, strategy, and long-term impact.

Position Overview

Enral Education is seeking a creative and motivated Volunteer Marketing Coordinator to help promote our programs, strengthen our online presence, and share our mission with families, community partners, and supporters.

This role is ideal for someone interested in marketing, communications, social media, education, nonprofit work, or community engagement.

The Marketing Volunteer will support Enral Education by:

Creating social media posts, captions, and promotional content
Helping manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or other platforms
Designing simple graphics using Canva or similar tools
Supporting promotion for programs, events, and registration campaigns
Helping develop newsletters, posters, and community announcements
Assisting with brand consistency across materials
Sharing stories that highlight Enral Education’s mission and impact
Supporting outreach to families, schools, and community organizations
Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

Creative, organized, and reliable
Comfortable writing short captions and promotional content
Interested in education, children’s programming, or community work
Familiar with social media platforms
Able to work independently and meet simple deadlines
Respectful of culturally diverse communities
Experienced with search engine optimization

Experience with Canva, social media, marketing, photography, or communications is an asset, but not required.
