The ELIA Institute is seeking a volunteer Graphic & Website Design Volunteer to help build the visual identity and digital presence of a growing interdisciplinary research organization.

This role is ideal for individuals interested in graphic design, web design, branding, science communication, or digital media who want to apply their creative skills in a meaningful research and nonprofit environment.

Working alongside the communications and leadership teams, you will help create engaging visual materials that communicate ELIA's research, mission, and initiatives to diverse audiences. As a founding volunteer, you will play an important role in shaping the organization's visual identity and online presence.

What You Will Be Doing
Create graphics and visual materials for educational content, social media, presentations, and organizational communications.
Assist with maintaining ELIA's visual identity and branding consistency.
Support the design and improvement of website pages and digital resources.
Help create promotional materials for events, workshops, and research initiatives.
Develop visual elements that make scientific information more accessible and engaging.
Collaborate with Research Assistants and Content Assistants to translate ideas into effective visuals.
Provide creative input on design concepts and communication strategies.
Assist with improving user experience and overall website presentation.
