EDGE Calgary Makerspace Society

EDGE Calgary is a community makerspace on a mission of radical access , removing the financial barriers that keep people from world-class tools and mentorship. We give Calgarians free hands-on access to 3D printers, laser cutters, CNC machines, electronics benches and more, paired with one-on-one guidance, so anyone can turn "what if" into "what is."
We're building a space where youth, newcomers, and job-seekers can learn real skills, build real things, and grow real confidence ,regardless of their background or budget. Our vision is a Calgary where access to technology and the chance to create is shared by everyone, not just those who can afford it.
As a brand-new nonprofit, we're looking for passionate people to help us get off the ground ,whether that's mentoring a maker, sharing a professional skill, or helping guide the organization itself. If you believe in opportunity through making, there's a place for you at EDGE.
