As the Volunteer Magazine Coordinator, you are one of the masterminds behind our semi-annual magazine to make sure all our articles are engaging, informative, and factually accurate.

You'll be working with a group of content writers, graphic designers, social media coordinators, newsletter coordinators, magazine coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:

Magazine Coordinator
- Ensure semi-annual magazine is on brand, on message
- Proof the final draft of the magazine as it's published
- Coordinate all the article authors and article details so that they are ready for publishing
- Ensure every advertiser and sponsor gets a digital copy and paper copy of the magazine.
- Ensure magazines are mailed out/distributed by the vendor.

- Great with people
- Collaborate within our google workspace
- Teamwork and multitasking are your middle names.
- You're all about the details and making things awesome.
