Be a Kid’s Champion – Mentor a Child Aged 6–12 - we need you now!
Looking for a fun, rewarding way to make a difference? Want to make a lasting impact and have fun doing it? Become a mentor to a child aged 6–12 years with Big Brothers Big Sisters Calgary and area! Spend just one hour a week building a meaningful, one-to-one connection through simple activities like games, crafts, reading, or going for walks. You don’t need special skills—just a caring heart and a willingness to show up. We’ll provide all the training and support you need. These early years are critical, and your time can help a child build confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of self. As a mentor to a child aged 6–12, you’ll spend just one hour every week or two building a friendship that sparks confidence, curiosity, and resilience. Play games, explore the community, or simply talk—your presence alone makes a difference. You’ll gain new perspective, build skills, and be part of something meaningful. Our team will guide and support you every step of the way.
