Volunteer Lead

ARK is seeking a Volunteer Lead for the Volunteer Committee. The committee is responsible for
-recruitment and screening of volunteers
-assisting with placement, onboarding, orientation and offboarding of volunteers
-regular followup on volunteer expectations and performance
-organizing an annual recognition event
-engaging volunteers so they are a valuable part of the team
-maintaining a volunteer database
-upgrading and maintaining volunteer management processes and procedures

 The volunteer lead will lead the committee, contribute to the volunteer management activities and participate in monthly board meetings. 
Currently we are managing the volunteer base with the software program Monday.  The volunteer lead will need to use the program and update some of the tools.
