Role Description This is an unpaid, part-time summer internship for high school students in British Columbia as a Social Media Intern. The position is remote, though, may require some in-person connections in the Greater Vancouver Area if necessary for social media content creation. Responsibilities include creating engaging social media content, implementing social media marketing strategies, assisting with digital marketing campaigns, and supporting the communication needs of the organization. Additionally, interns will have the chance to collaborate with team members to amplify youth engagement in research-related initiatives. Qualifications - Skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing - Experience or interest in Social Media Content Creation - Strong Marketing and general communication skills - Ability to work in a team-focused, collaborative environment - Enthusiasm for youth engagement and an interest in research-driven societal issues - Familiarity with social media platforms and trends - A positive attitude and willingness to learn To learn more about IYER: https://www.iyercc.ca
