STEM Canada is a registered not for profit global program that specializes in an advanced, bar-none STEM-based educational curriculum that emphasizes the interconnected subject areas of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). The STEM program is open to all students from preschool to high school with the mission to deliver top-notch STEM literacy and application, designed to teach students in the STEM fields, yielding globally competitive results.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our Social Media Live Feed Team to be onsite at our Bowlathon Fundraising Event for International Women’s Month. As a Social Media Live Feed Team Member, you will be responsible for managing and curating live content across our social media platforms, engaging with our audience in real-time, and ensuring that the live stream of our Bowlathon is executed seamlessly. Your contribution will directly support our mission of creating a successful event to raise money to support women causes nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities:

•	Manage the live streaming platform chosen by the organization.
•	Coordinate with the Bowlathon planning team to plan and schedule the live streaming of the event.
•	Monitor live feeds for quality and technical issues, troubleshooting as needed.
•	Engage with viewers in real-time by responding to comments, questions, and feedback.
•	Interview participants and gain content for live streaming on social media.
•	Set up an area for testimonials and interview participants as needed.
•	Do live feeds streaming on social media as the event is taking place.

Requirements:

•	Proven experience with live streaming platforms and social media management.
•	Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
•	Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
•	Creative thinker with passion for storytelling and audience engagement.
•	Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
