Ukraine War Animals Relief Fund

A big issue for Ukraine and Europe is the impending avalanche of animals that are reproducing and spreading rabies. The Ukrainian government had to cease their program of sterilization and vaccination to focus on the defending their territory from Russia. In addition, the major animal focused non-profits had to pull their employees and volunteers out of Ukraine that were assisting with sterilization clinics. UWARF has partnered with local Ukrainian organizations and charities and hired out-of-work veterinarians and assistants, along with volunteers to set up mobile sterilization, vaccination and microchip clinics. So far, we have completed 5,500 cats and dogs in Ukraine.
