Join NCT as our Non-Profit Coordinator and help the organization grow by connecting with and identifying partners, identifying grants, and expanding our impact.

This volunteer role is perfect for anyone interested in nonprofit development, relationship building, and creating opportunities that make a difference.
In this role, you will be responsible for researching, writing, and submitting grant proposals to foundations, government agencies, and corporate giving programs that align with our mission. Your contributions will directly help us secure critical funding to sustain and grow our programs.

📋 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- Seek partnerships, collaborations, and grants that align with our mission
- Reach out to organizations, companies, and communities to create meaningful connections
- Search for funding opportunities and help keep track of deadlines and requirements
- Support the preparation of grant applications, proposals, and partnership materials
- Keep track of contacts, opportunities, and ongoing conversations
- Keep relationships active through regular check-ins and communication
- Suggest creative ways to grow partnerships and secure support

🔑 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
● Experience in grant writing, fundraising, or nonprofit communications (preferred but not required)
● Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
● Skilled technical writing, proof-reading, editing, copywriting, grant writing or equivalent written communication format
● Ability to work and coordinate multiple projects and deadlines
● Comfortable using online tools such as Google Docs, Excel, or grant databases
