We’re looking for a few committed and energetic volunteers to serve as HR Liaisons—helping us build meaningful partnerships with Corporate HR teams to include NCT in their corporate workplace giving and corporate employee volunteer programme. As an HR Liaison manager, you’ll play a key role in connecting NCT’s mission with companies that care. Your goal will be to: Establish clear and consistent communication with HR departments. Align NCT’s programs with corporate values and CSR goals. Engage leadership and HR teams to foster a culture of giving. Leverage HR’s role in employee engagement to make giving easy, meaningful, and sustainable. What You’ll Do Build strong relationships with HR professionals. Craft and share a compelling narrative about NCT’s impact. Encourage companies to include NCT in their workplace giving platforms. Help employees feel a sense of ownership and pride in supporting NCT. Why NCT?
