The Elizabeth Fry Society of Greater Vancouver (EFry) was founded over 80 years ago and supports society's most vulnerable populations - women, girls, and children at risk, involved in or affected by the justice system. The Victoria office opened 2 years ago and as of June 2022 signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Victoria Crown Counsel for purposes of referring cases to alternative measures.
