The Fresh Outlook Foundation's passion is "inspiring community conversations for sustainable change." We do that with events and programs that gather people from all sectors, ages, cultures, abilities, genders, and interests to explore various issues from a sustainability perspective. You might remember our Building SustainABLE Communities conferences, ECO-BLAST Kids Camps, or Reel Change SustainAbility Film Fests!

We currently produce HEADS UP Community Mental Health podcasts, videos, blogs, and virtual summits that tackle mental health issues and conditions with Canadians from all walks of life. These include people with lived experience of mental illness and recovery; mental health professionals and researchers; policy, program, and technology experts; government and business leaders; and advocates of all stripes.

Our primary HEADS UP goals are to:
- Increase mental health literacy in Canada and beyond
- Support people with lived experience of mental illness
- Inform, inspire, and mobilize leaders in all sectors and mental health fields to communicate and collaborate for rapid change
- Advance upstream mental health treatment and care this are timely, personalized, affordable, integrated, and dignified.

This is a big job that requires support from board members, researchers, writers, social media gurus, and fundraisers. If you have a passion for mental health and would like to help grow this program, we'd love to hear from you!
