Director, Events

The Events Director shall lead at least 2-4 large scale events per year. You will plan and lead the execution of online and Lean In Canada in-person events across Canada. Additionally, you will work with Network Event leaders to support in the amplification of regional/local events. A key part of this role will be to develop and implement a pan-Canadian Events calendar, develop and share best practices, be an extra set of hands when needed, and provide guidance in the design and hosting of events. Commitment Required: Monthly participation in evening Board meetings. 2-3 hours per week working with the Board and community networks. 1-3 hours per week directly engaging with partners. Collaboration with the board members on initiatives. Annual planning day/retreat in the spring. Identifying prospects and fundraising opportunities for the Board. Fundraising participation Strategic projects
