As a Community Builder Volunteer, you will play a vital role in advocating for the causes that resonate with you. Our organization believes in the power of collective action, and we firmly believe that your desire to make a difference can result in a significant community impact. Whether your interests lie in mental health, social justice, homelessness, BIPOC issues, LGBTQ+ rights, environmental preservation, or any other cause close to your heart, we are here to support you in leveraging your strengths to benefit these organizations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Attend orientation: Participate in an orientation session to learn about the organization's mission, values, and policies.
2. Perform assigned tasks: Carry out assigned duties as requested by the organization, which may include tasks such as administrative work, event support, fundraising, teaching, mentoring, or other specific roles.
3. Support fellow volunteers: Collaborate with and support other volunteers, fostering a sense of teamwork and unity.
4. Provide feedback: Offer constructive feedback and suggestions to the volunteer coordinator or supervisor to improve the volunteer experience or the organization's services.
5. Participate in evaluations: Engage in volunteer evaluations or feedback processes as requested by the organization to assess performance and identify areas for growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

2. Strong commitment to social causes and a desire to support multiple organizations.
3. Communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
