Event Details The Vancouver Public Library Foundation is seeking volunteers for our annual Rooftop Remix event on Friday, August 21, 2026 at VPL’s Central Library (350 W Georgia St). The event takes place from 5:00 pm – 8:30 pm. Rooftop Remix brings guests to levels 8 and 9 (Phillips, Hager, and North Rooftop Garden) of Central Library for an evening of canapes, beverages, music, new reads, and dancing, along with a Fund-A-Need hosted by Layne, the Auctionista. This year we’re coming together to support Early Learning Spaces — vibrant, interactive spaces at VPL branches that engage children aged 0-5 in play-based literacy development. Together we will enrich connections to lifelong learning, inspiration, and one another.
