The Mental Health Network is a collective of students committed to advocating for mental health and wellness on campus. Our primary goal is to foster a supportive environment where students can openly discuss mental health, access resources, and build lasting connections. We organise events aimed at promoting enjoyment and stress relief, alongside educational workshops that provide safe, inclusive spaces for students to explore critical mental health topics. Additionally, we aim to connect undergraduate students with Master’s students in Psychology and Counseling, helping them gain a clearer understanding of future research directions and the broader developments in the field. Our network extends internationally, with plans to collaborate with professionals and graduate students from institutions such as Hong Kong University, as well as universities in mainland China, U.S. and the U.K. A key feature of our programming is the annual Symposium and Research Conference, where students can network with alumni and professionals in the field. Ultimately, our goal is to destigmatize mental health, provide valuable insights, and help students find their identity and community in the mental health space.
