Dance Event Volunteer
We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make our community dance events run smoothly. Our events run from 5PM to 10PM every Sunday. The busiest times are during our free beginners classes from 5PM to 7PM and during the beginners social from 8PM to 9PM. There are two types of volunteers at our events: instructional and non-instructional. Non-instructional tasks involve welcoming participants, answering their questions, and classes running smoothly. No dance experience necessary for non-instructional volunteers. Instructional volunteers join in the classes as teaching assistants and help students who may need extra help. If you have dance experience you may be able to join in immediately as an instructional volunteer. If you don't have dance experience but would still like to help, training can be provided.
