Resource Centre Volunteer (Monday afternoon shift, 1-4pm)

We are looking for volunteers to help us in our Resource Centre, which is a shared lounge space for Ribbon Community clients and community members.

This position ensures the Resource Centre is a welcoming space for all clients accessing services at Ribbon Community, and facilitates the use of the shared space, while making people feel comfortable.

The volunteer will also support the Front of House coordinator with projects from time-to-time.

Specific duties include:
- Welcoming clients to the space, and offering coffee and food
- Engaging with clients and community members in activities (e.g. puzzles, games, cards)
- Supporting use of computers and TV
- Generally keeping things tidy and clean
- Communicate effectively with the Front of House Coordinator
