OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Web Designer to join our team. In this volunteer position, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and effectively communicates our organization's mission.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, and maintain our website to ensure it is functional, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with our graphic designers and copywriters to integrate visual and written content seamlessly.
- Optimize the website for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs that arise.
- Implement website security measures to protect user data.
- Conduct regular website performance tests and monitor analytics to ensure optimal functionality.
- Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies to ensure our website remains modern and effective.
- Assist in creating and updating web pages, landing pages, and forms as needed.
- Work closely with our marketing and leadership team to ensure the website aligns with our organizational goals and values.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
- Proficiency in web development for WIX.
- Knowledge of web optimization techniques and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with designers, copywriters, and other team members.
- Passion for the mission and values of our organization.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
