Our focus areas are advanced education initiatives; grants for educators and employers; and personal and professional growth programs. About the Project: Global Entrepreneurship: The Global Entrepreneurship Program is a 12-session comprehensive training initiative designed to support individuals who wish to explore and develop entrepreneurial capabilities. The program brings together Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), trainers, and stakeholders from multiple countries to deliver practical, high-impact entrepreneurship education with a global perspective. The Role: The Volunteer Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of the Global Entrepreneurship Program. This is a remote, part-time, volunteer role, ideal for a purpose-driven professional who wants to contribute their project management expertise to an international, impact-focused initiative. The PM will act as the central coordination point between SMEs, trainers, international stakeholders, internal teams, and the Board, ensuring the program is delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards. Time Commitment: Part-time (flexible hours aligned with project milestones) Estimated 5 hours per week Location: Fully remote Duration: Project-based Accountabilities: 1. Program Planning & Execution Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan covering all 12 training sessions Define project scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies Create and manage an actionable execution plan from preparation through program launch and completion Track progress and ensure timely delivery of all program components 2. Curriculum & SME Coordination Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure syllabus development is completed on schedule Monitor content readiness and alignment with program objectives Facilitate collaboration among SMEs to ensure consistency, quality, and coherence across sessions 3. Stakeholder Management & Global Communication Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and partners across multiple countries Build and maintain professional relationships with institutions, trainers, and collaborators Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, external stakeholders, and the Board 4. Training Operations & Program Launch Develop and manage the training timeline and preparation activities Coordinate operational readiness and logistics leading up to program launch Initiate and oversee the Train-the-Trainer (ToT) sessions Ensure trainers and facilitators are aligned and prepared 5. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting Monitor program implementation against defined milestones and KPIs Review program delivery and overall effectiveness Collect feedback from trainers, participants, and stakeholders Prepare structured reports and provide insights, recommendations, and feedback to the Board 6. Governance, Risk & Coordination Support alignment with organizational goals, governance standards, and program objectives Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies Ensure effective internal and external coordination throughout the program lifecycle Key Performance Indicators: Timely completion of syllabus development and training preparation Successful delivery of the 12-session entrepreneurship program Effective engagement of the right target audience Endorsement, acknowledgment, or validation from engaged institutions or partners Quality of stakeholder collaboration and overall program execution Required Qualifications: Proven experience as a Project Manager (education, training, social impact, or international programs preferred) Strong project planning, coordination, and execution skills Experience working with SMEs, trainers, or cross-functional teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote, volunteer environment Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience with entrepreneurship programs, accelerators, or capacity-building initiatives Exposure to international or cross-cultural projects Familiarity with nonprofit, NGO, education, or social impact organizations Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is an asset but not required
