Established in 2008, the Reign Foundation promotes advanced education and provides grants for educators and employers, empowering individuals for personal and professional growth. Recently acquired by Refood, this partnership leverages Refood’s expansive resources and network to significantly expand the foundation's educational impact. By combining food security and educational outreach, we drive positive change and help individuals reach their fullest potential, fostering growth in the communities we serve. Our focus areas are advanced education initiatives; grants for educators and employers; and personal and professional growth programs. 

Scope of Work:
Generate engaging content for various social media channels including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. 
Implement a content calendar 
Create compelling and engaging content that showcases Refood's voice, values, and tonality while engaging with followers 
Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
Measure the success of every social media campaign and web traffic metrics
Develop, implement and manage social media strategy
Respond to comments and direct messages 
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
Create new concept ideas and stay on top of social media trends 
Grow social media followers and increase engagement rates

Certification or Education Required

Desired Qualifications:
Experience as a social media strategist and knowledge of social platforms is required
Understanding of audience and buyer persona research
Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, time-management skills, and the ability to multitask
