REACH Community Health Centre is a community-governed non-profit organization in East Vancouver serving the community for over 55 years. We believe that good health is a state of physical, mental, and social well-being and strives to provide innovative, high-quality primary health care, pharmaceutical care, dental care, and social determinants of health in action.
