Our Client Organization
The Jr. Black Achievement Awards Society (JRBAA) is a Black-led non-profit organization based in Coquitlam, BC. We empower Black Youth and their families through training, recognition, and access to education. We amplify the Black community in British Columbia by highlighting Black excellence in writing, speech, performing, and visual arts, social justice, civic engagement, community, sports, and more. JrBAA participates in activities such as College Readiness initiatives, festivals, picnics, and other community events organized by like minds aimed towards the betterment of society at large.

Organization Mission
Our vision is to work towards a community that celebrates the successes, culture, and heritage of the Black Community in BC. We believe in building the health and wellness of members of the Black Community in BC, improving their financial well-being, supporting growth and development, increasing access to education for Black youth, and ensuring the Black Community is part of decision-making processes and policy creation.
