The Organization
At Options for Sexual Health (Options) we care about the healthy sexuality of all. Based in British Columbia, we are All About Choice: we offer current sexual and reproductive health care, information, and education from a feminist, pro-choice, sex positive perspective. We are social profit and became a registered society in BC in 1963. We are also a charity in good standing CRA #107848269RR0001.

We recognize the many barriers that people face in accessing comprehensive sexual health education and non-judgmental and pro-choice services, and how intersectionality impacts access as well as how inequities multiply barriers for certain populations. We strive to put our clients and patients first, ensuring they have access to the information and care they need.

After opening our first clinic in 1968, we have continued to grow and provide accessible sexual health services throughout the province ever since. With a long history of providing sexual and reproductive health care in British Columbia, we are proud members of the International Planned Parenthood family.

Organization Mission
To champion and celebrate the sexual health of all people in BC by supporting, providing, and promoting inclusive and accessible health care and education.
Or more succinctly: To champion and celebrate sexual health.

Project Summary
The organization is downsizing from their current East Vancouver Head Office. This project is centered on the planning and execution of the relocation of head office staff from the current location to several smaller service delivery offices, plus home offices. The Head Office lease ends March 31, 2026 but office downsizing and relocations are aimed at completion by January 31, 2026 to ensure minimal disruption to operations.

To achieve this, we are seeking to engage a Project Manager who will be responsible for developing a comprehensive operational plan that addresses every aspect of the move and then managing its execution. This plan will encompass logistical coordination, IT infrastructure setup, personnel management, and business continuity strategies.
