Define goals, success measures, target audiences, and strategic priorities
Recommend a preferred campaign and event concept for approval
Develop and maintain the detailed project plan, schedule, roles and responsibilities, communication approach, and risk register for the May event
Coordinate stakeholders, volunteers, partners, speakers, venues, suppliers, and other contributors as required
Lead regular project meetings, progress reporting, issue resolution, and readiness reviews
Support implementation and delivery of the May 2027 event
Complete a post-event review and capture lessons learned
Prepare a high-level scope, roadmap, preliminary milestones, resource assumptions, and transition recommendations for Phase 2
