This is a PMV sponsored project. The Project Manager will enter into a 3-way partnership between the Client organization, the Project Manager, and PMV. This will include additional responsibilities and benefits for the Project Manager.

Project Summary
Our current volunteer onboarding process involves multiple platforms and manual tracking steps, making it complex for both staff and volunteers. Currently, volunteers must engage with several systems—Hydrant, Google Classroom, our website (for form submissions), and YouTube—for various training components. We also track volunteer progress through Monday.com, which we are in the process of phasing out.

A streamlined, consistent volunteer onboarding experience that boosts engagement, reduces administrative burden, and supports scalable volunteer growth.
