Policy: MPCCA childcare programs embrace diversity and celebrate environments of acceptance, respect, understanding and inclusion. We commit to learn, understand and appreciate each person’s unique attributes. We value all the differences that make us individuals including race, ethnicity, culture, gender, neurodiversity, socioeconomic levels, range of abilities and physical and/or health care needs. We strongly believe inclusion is a fundamental human right for all and to create an inclusive space this requires nurturing educators with a background in inclusivity. Our educators support the unique abilities of each child to ensure they reach their highest potential. MPCCA works with BC Centre for Ability, PACE and other community partners to enhance our ability to support children of all abilities through training and consultation.​
