Minerva BC

Minerva BC is a Vancouver-based charity dedicated to advancing the leadership of women and girls. We advocate for equity and inclusion in the workplace to create the conditions for women to thrive. We help women establish their power base by strengthening their networks and empowering them through leadership programs. We start this work with youth, delivering opportunities for young women to uncover their unique leadership potential and build their confidence. We are looking to connect with business and community leaders (self-identified women) who are passionate about gender equity and inclusive leadership.
