Korean Culture Heritage Society
The Korean Cultural Heritage Society is a non-profit organization based in Vancouver, committed to preserving and promoting the richness of Korean culture within Canada’s diverse, multicultural community. Through cultural events, educational programs, and community initiatives, the Society aims to deepen the understanding and appreciation of Korea’s traditional and contemporary arts, language, history, and values.
Since its establishment in 2002, the Society has proudly hosted the Korean Heritage Day Festival, which has become the most anticipated Korean cultural event in Vancouver's Lower Mainland. In recognition of the 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Korea and Canada, the Province of British Columbia declared the festival as Korea Day, marking a significant milestone for the Korean-Canadian community.
