Senior Peer Support Training Course and Volunteer Program Starting on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, 4 pm - 8 pm on Zoom for 12 Sessions

The training curriculum was developed by Senior Peer Counselling of BC

For Volunteers  55 years and over

Are you interested in helping support
the quality of life for Seniors?
Some are experiencing:
• Grief & loss
• Disconnect from their
loved ones
• Age related health
challenges
• A need to connect to
their community
• Social isolation on
• Cognitive impairment

Senior Peer Support Training

Starting on Tuesday, January 6, 2026. 4 pm - 8 pm on Zoom, continuing on Thursday,  4 pm- 8 pm on Zoom for a total of eleven sessions  all on Zoom on consecutive Tuesdays and Thursdays except for the last twelfth session which is in person 

Offered at no cost for a total of 12 sessions.
Upon completion you will get a certificate in senior peer support training. 
The 12 sessions are on January 6,8,13,15,20,22,27,29
Continuing on February 3, 5, 10 and in person on Thursday, Februaury 12, 2026
