Are you interested in helping support
the quality of life for Seniors?
Some are experiencing:
• Grief & loss
• Disconnect from their
loved ones
• Age related health
challenges
• A need to connect to
their community
• Social isolation on
• Cognitive impairment

Senior Peer Counselling.

Starting Friday, March 1, 2024
for six consecutives  Fridays, 1 pm- 5 pm and six consecutive Wednesdays 
4 pm- 8 pm all on zoom except for the last session on Friday, April 12, 2024 which is in person.

Offered at no cost for a total of 12 sessions
