Position Summary
We are seeking a Tech Program Lead to design, build, and execute our Digital Media and AI Incubation Knowledge base .
This is a leadership role responsible for shaping  the knowledge base or IP proprietary in context to the new innovation around Agentic AI , may be building a new tool or proposing a  new innovation in tech that we can further build on and create impact towards building business productivity for small and medium businesses . 

We are looking at a tech visionary and a self starter who can not just think about a new product but also lead an independent unit under the Direction of our founder . You will work closely with the Founder and play a key role in building a national-level skills and innovation program based on IP proprietary

Key Responsibilities
Explore and Present  new innovations and Tools in Agentic AI that we can create and leverage towards building impact

Design and structure new age innovation digital stack and AI incubation programs

Be ready to Co-build a team and mentor it

Develop curriculum, learning tracks, and workshop formats

Lead and coordinate a team of tech and content volunteers (for example : Webinars)

Create hands-on projects, challenges, and case studies

Support delivery of webinars, bootcamps, and in-person programs
Contribute to partnerships with academia, startups, and industry and be willing to Roll up sleeves and wear different hats 

Ideal Candidate
Background in technology, AI, digital media, product, or innovation
Experience in teaching, mentoring, training, or program design
Comfortable leading small teams and managing projects
Strong communication and organization skills
Passion for education, inclusion, and future skills and most of all Agentic AI
