Marketing Manager (Remote)

Role Overview We are seeking a motivated Marketing Manager (Volunteer) to join our nonprofit team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to gain direct exposure to corporates, startups, and academic partners while coordinating impactful AI coaching and digital marketing initiatives. We are looking for someone who is deeply passionate about tech incubation, education, and social impact towards academia, business and who can roll up their sleeves to lead campaigns, build alliances and drive engagement across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor who can balance creativity with data driven decision making. As Marketing Manager, you will oversee the development and implementation of marketing strategies, digital campaigns, and community outreach programs that amplify IWIL Ignite’s mission. This role is an opportunity to innovate, experiment, and grow while contributing to the success of entrepreneurs, students, and small businesses in Canada’s AI driven digital economy.
Certification or Education Required
Foundational Education Bachelor’s in Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems would be great. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education, Social Impact, or Nonprofit Management / Hybrid degrees (e.g., Educational Technology, Digital Transformation) are especially valuable.
