Operations Director

The Operations Director's role revolves around providing long-term strategic planning to guide the objectives of the nonprofit, as well as supervising and supporting the translation team and other substantive personnel.

• Chair and organize monthly department strategy meetings 
• Oversee organization operations, project timelines, expansion, and volunteer productivity
building a highly inclusive culture to ensure team members thrive 
• Work with the Executive Director to set and assess organizational vision, long-term and short-term strategy, and hiring needs
• Develop actionable strategies, objectives, and plans to achieve short- and long-term objectives 
• Measure and analyzing current KPI’s, offerings, financial performance, and relationships to optimize growth 
• Liaise between volunteers from different departments to ensure efficiency
• Build and maintain relationships with other professionals and organizations in the industry
• Maintain clear and active communication
• Does the act of firing via Zoom call.
