Evernorth Foundation is seeking motivated volunteer programmers to support the development of real-world tools and platforms for non-profit and public-interest organizations as well as small businesses. This role involves working within professionally structured, supervised teams to design, build, and maintain production-quality systems that deliver measurable community impact.

We are currently recruiting:
Backend Developers with experience or interest in Python
Frontend Developers with experience in Flutter, React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JSON-based APIs
If you have experience in any other programming languages and are interested in working with us, contact us and we will help you.

Volunteers will collaborate with researchers, analysts, and project leads to translate real organizational needs into functional, well-documented solutions. All work follows clear scopes, timelines, and professional development standards.
