Social Media Content Creator (Video & Graphic Design) Volunteer

Ongoing
Are you creative, digitally savvy, and passionate about storytelling for impact? Education without Borders (EwB) is seeking a volunteer Social Media Content Creator to support the promotion of our South African Film Festival (SAFF) and year-round outreach initiatives.

Who We Are:
Education without Borders (EwB) is a Canadian-based non-profit organization that provides educational programs to learners in South Africa and Zimbabwe, and supports Indigenous programs in Canada.

Our key fundraising event is an annual South African Film Festival (SAFF) held in November, which presents feature films, documentaries and shorts that explore the culture, history and politics of South Africa – films that inspire, inform, and entertain. The festival will be streamed across Canada and the USA for 2 weeks in November, with select in-person screenings in Canada. In 2026, SAFF is holding its 16th festival in Canada and 6th festival in the USA. All proceeds from the festival support Education without Borders (EwB).

We are looking for a creative volunteer to produce engaging digital content that helps grow our audience, increase ticket sales, and raise awareness of EwB’s mission.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys visual storytelling and wants to build their portfolio while contributing to meaningful international work.
