Volunteer Board Members Wanted

Crossreach Adult Day Center, a non-profit adult program located in Point Grey, is seeking dedicated and community-minded individuals to join our Board of Directors with a focus on fundraising and marketing.

We support seniors aged 55+ who live in the community and are working to maintain their independence, overall wellness, and quality of life. Our programs also provide meaningful support to families and caregivers. Crossreach is part of the health care system and is funded by the Province of British Columbia through Vancouver Coastal Health. We currently serve approximately 65 seniors through a range of social, recreational, and nutritional programs.

As a board member, you will:
•	Help drive fundraising strategies and revenue development including doner engagement
•	Join a committee and/or task force engagement as needed, whereby you will share your experiences and expertise
•	Support marketing, communications, and community outreach initiatives 
•	Support grant writing and sponsorship development
•	Contribute to strategic planning related to sustainability and growth 

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome individuals with experience or interest in:

•	Fundraising and donor relations 
•	Marketing, branding, and communications 
•	Grant writing and sponsorship development 
•	Community engagement and outreach 

We are especially interested in people who are passionate about supporting seniors and strengthening community-based care. Board members meet approximately 8 times a year for 2 to 3 hours per month.
