Co-leidoscopes

Dedicated to supporting young adults through the complexities of growing up. We offer a range of groups, supports and services for young adults (age 18-30) with intellectual/developmental disabilities. We co-create activities with the important input of our program participants, so they vary based on interest. Some include: physical activity, creative opportunities, social engagement, mental wellbeing, learning opportunities, community outings and more!
