Website & Digital Media Manager

We are seeking a tech-savvy and creatively minded IT Support Volunteer to take ownership of the CIAMS digital presence. You will act as the webmaster for our society, ensuring our online hub remains a valuable resource for our members.

We are looking for someone who enjoys the backend mechanics of WordPress/WooCommerce but also cares about how a site looks and flows. If you have an eye for design and enjoy optimizing user experience, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities 
Website Maintenance: Perform regular updates of the WordPress core, plugins, and themes to ensure security and speed.

E-Commerce Management: Manage the WooCommerce shop; update membership tiers, process digital product downloads, and troubleshoot cart issues.

Hosting Administration: Navigate the Bluehost cPanel to manage backups, SSL certificates, and domain settings.

Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve broken links, 404 errors, and plugin conflicts.
