A secretary is a person whose work consists of supporting management, including executives, using a variety of project management, communication, or organizational skills. The secretary is to assist other employees in daily operation. The secretary is responsible for dealing with correspondence, admits new members, and organizes official meetings and events. 

Responsibilities:
‚ Maintain executive's agenda and assist in planning appointment, meetings etc.
‚ Handling and prioritizing all outgoing or incoming correspondence
‚ Ensuring confidential documents remain secure
‚ Preparing invoices or financial statements
‚ Providing assistance to bookkeeping
‚ Making travel arrangements for executives
‚ Ensuring all information is organized and accessible
Assist in preparing grant/funding applications
